This class uses barbells & weight plates to provide a complete-body workout to great music. The weight is kept light to moderate but with lots of repetition which shapes, tones & strengthens your entire body. You will also find traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, & presses. The emphasis is on good technique & building intensity. This workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition.

The structure of a Sets and Reps class is designed to allow for a steady progression of intensity. It also allows for a balanced workout between muscle groups, giving adequate rest & recovery periods between one track & the next.
