Aimed at older adults, those recovering from injury, or new to exercise. This class is a great way to either keep fit or support those recovering from injuries. The class will help to improve your flexibility, aid balance and build strength. This class is supported by both Friends of Insch Hospital and MoveMore with Aberdeenshire Council
